Kids' PFDs

We have just taken receipt of some extra tiny PFDs (personal flotation devices aka Buoyancy Aids).

Next weekend sees the debut of our Kids' Tour, near Gapyeong. We'll post updates on instagram (@canyoning_korea) later.

This figure 8 trail covers two 4.5km loops, that can be combined for a 9km hike. The full trail can be done in 2 hours, if zipping along, or 3 hours at a leisurely pace. With stops and a picnic, which we highly recommend, it can take 4 hours. Our hikes are private; we move at a pace according to your wants and needs - take 5 hours or more if you are enjoying the views!

There are no significant elevation gains; the trail follows the lakeside.

If you have mobility issues, it is possible to avoid the minor downhill section.  

​

There are fully equipped bathroom facilities at the trailhead and midpoint. Coffee shops and restaurants are also close to the parking area. 

​

This tour is available during all seasons but is especially beautiful during the spring or fall and when we have snowfall during the winter.

We advise you to book midweek to avoid traffic and crowds.

​Prices:

1 person 200,000 won

2 people 210,000 won 

3 people 220,000 won

4 people 230,000 won

​

Included in the price is the drive to and from the venue. Pick ups and drop offs are offered from Cheonho station (Seoul subway purple and pink lines 5 and 8).

If you are staying in accommodation close to the venue, we can also pick you up there.

Tour duration: 1.5 Hours (Drive) + 4-5 Hours (Hike) + 1.5 Hours (Return Drive) = 7-8 Hours

​

Optional Extras: Picnic Lunches / Equipment rental (hiking poles / waterproofs / etc.)

​

For groups larger than 4, alternative transportation can be arranged. Please enquire for costs. Deposits for larger groups may be required further in advance of the tour date.​

​Terms:

Hikes are available all year round

​Minimum age: 6 years old (accompanied) 12 years old  (unaccompanied)

​Maximum number of participants: No maximum
