The last few days have been a stark reminder of our disconnect with the natural world. Tuesday and Wednesday were especially bad, with government warnings sent by message to all phones concerning the very poor (harmful) air.
Over-consumption plays a large part in accelerating the extent to which this problem is developing. And this over-consumption incurs its cost directly on our natural environment.
Reconnecting people with nature is one of our key objectives here at Canyoning Korea. We genuinely believe that the benefits extend beyond the environmental; there is something deep within us, oft neglected, that thrives when immersed in the natural world.
