Serpent's Tail Half Day Tour

Duration: 4 Hours  /  Groups: 2-6 people*  /  Difficulty: Moderate

Nestled between Hwaaksan (Gyeonggi Province's highest peak) and Seokryongsan, is Jomurak Valley. We will hike up Jomurak Valley for one hour, along a shady and gently inclined trail, until we reach one of its steeper tributaries. After enjoying a rest, we will then go off trail and make a short but steep ascent to get up above the waterfalls. Once reaching a point where very few ever venture to go, we begin our wet descent of Bukho Falls. On this tour, we tackle two waterfalls in 5 stages.
We'll then show you some of the more secluded and beautiful swimming spots in the valley on our return back to the start.

Kids Introduction to Canyoning

Duration: 3 Hours  /  Groups: 1-6 people  /  Difficulty: Easy

This tour has been designed to give children an accessible introduction to the sport of canyoning. We focus on teaching movement in the canyon environment, and developing confidence in the water. Activities include jumping, sliding, scrambling and simple roped climbing.

The activity begins with a short hike up Jomurak Valley, to a location below the Serpent's Tail section of canyon. After the hike, children can enjoy a snack before gearing up in their wetsuits, buoyancy aids and helmets. Once suitded and booted, we move down through the stream, playing in a few select locations.

We'll take children as young as 7 years old on this tour.

One adult (a parent or designated guardian) must accompany the tour.

Location can be adjusted to suit your needs - inquire for details.
