At 1,708 metres, Seoraksan is the second tallest mountain on the South Korean peninsula, and access to the many valleys hidden on its slopes is heavily restricted.
However, at Canyoning Korea, we know many accessible valleys and canyons. These are some of the most remote, physically and technically demanding descents available in South Korea
Due to the unpredictable nature of the weather in this area, and the constant changes to the valleys and canyons, we will choose an appropriate venue closer to the time of the tour. Your guide will choose a safe canyon according to your preferred adventurous aspirations.
Depending on the canyon selected, your tour will be closer to either Inje or Sokcho. We will advise you on the most appropriate travel arrangements during the booking process.
These tours are more physically demanding than our tours in Uljin and Gapyeong because of their steep and sustained nature.
Pricing:
meet at the venue:
From 120,000 Won per person (for half day tours; prices go up for longer and harder trips)
with Seoul pick up and return:
+ 40,000 Won for 1-2 people
+ 80,000 Won for 3-4 people
+120,000 Won for 5-6 people (Total duration = approx. 9-10 hours)
All tours include drinks and a snack
(For a more substantial picnic lunch, and extended tour within the canyon, contact us for more details)
